We accept returns on unworn, unwashed baatis within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition
- You must contact us on contact@baatiandirac.com withing 14 days of receiving your order
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we received and inspect the item.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item is damaged or incorrect please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
